Payment options

We accept: credit cards, postal orders, direct bank transfers, international money orders, cheques, prepaid visa cards, and cash (no coins please). We do not accept Paypal.

Cheque or Postal Order

We also accept payment by Spanish and European cheques. Please ensure that you have the correct total in Euros when sending Euro cheques.

Bank Transfer

We also accept payments by bank transfer on check out. You are liable for all charges when paying by bank transfer. Please ensure that you include your order number when making the transfer as this enables us to link the two together and to quickly despatch your order. You will be provided with our bank details when selecting this option on checking out.

Credit and Debit Cards (VISA & Mastercard)

QUICKPAY, S.L. will appear as the name on your credit card statement.QUICKPAY, S.L. is a third company that provides a credit card gateway support to our shop. It's not affiliated with us anyways.

Please note we do not accept credit card orders with cards registered in different countries to the shipping address. Please choose to pay by bank transfer in this case.

We may on occasion require a credit checks for orders of a substantial nature or where insufficient details have been provided. This may result in your order being delayed until the checks can be completed. Alternatively we may request a different method of payment, such as bank transfer.

Cash

We do advise you to send this recorded or signed for as we cannot be responsible for loss in the mail.

Please be aware that a lot of cash gets stolen in the post and we will not send any order out if we have not received payment for it. If your cash is stolen from the post I am afraid that is your responsibility.
